Tacoma Photographic Society (TPS) is in its 60th year. I have been privileged to be a member for the last 10 of those years. During that time I have served in a number of executive positions. This has been fun and rewarding. Today, I act as the Awards Committee Chairman. This means I work with the division secretaries to manage the event score keeping and the recording of member data.
At TPS, we use Adobe Photoshop Lightroom to manage and display the images submitted to our Projection Division. We started with Lightroom because we could be sure that the images were being displayed with the correct color management. We have since started taking advantage of Collections; especially Smart Collections.
This post was originally an attempt to explain how TPS uses Lightroom Smart Collections. I have decided not to clutter my Northwest Moments with technical babble so what was below has to go…
There! Gone! Simple!
